Angela Phillips is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and the founder of Olive Branch Behavioral Health Counseling. With more than a decade of experience in community mental health, she is passionate about helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and lasting change through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Angela works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns. She specializes in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and other complex mental health conditions, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Her advanced clinical training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), neurofeedback, biofeedback, brain mapping (qEEG), and ADHD evaluations. Angela believes in combining innovative therapeutic techniques with genuine compassion to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Angela strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every client feels heard, respected, and empowered. She believes healing is possible for everyone and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they overcome life’s challenges and work toward emotional wellness.

Trevor Rogers is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Candidate who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and hope. He believes that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when they feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered. Trevor provides counseling for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and behavioral concerns. He strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful and lasting change. His therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Trevor incorporates evidence-based interventions to help clients build healthy coping skills, improve emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, and develop practical strategies they can use in everyday life. He has a particular interest in working with trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and emotional regulation, and also utilizes neurofeedback as an additional tool to support brain regulation and overall mental wellness when appropriate. Trevor believes that therapy is more than addressing symptoms—it’s about helping people better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and move toward the life they want to live. Whether a client is facing a difficult season, recovering from past experiences, or simply seeking personal growth, he is committed to walking alongside them with authenticity, empathy, and encouragement throughout the process. Outside of counseling, Trevor enjoys creating music, spending time with family and friends, and staying active. He values lifelong learning and is continually expanding his knowledge and clinical skills to provide the highest quality care for those he serves.

Tripp Hall

Tripp L. Hall, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals discover hope, healing, and personal growth through compassionate, client-centered care. He earned his Master of Science degree from East Central University and is committed to providing a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Tripp works with clients across the lifespan and helps individuals navigate a wide variety of mental health concerns and life challenges. He believes every person deserves the opportunity to speak honestly without fear of judgment and strives to build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and genuine rapport.

Tripp utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Neurofeedback. His counseling style is solution-focused, helping clients identify their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Tripp believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the counseling process. He understands that progress requires collaboration, trust, and client motivation, and he works alongside each individual to create a personalized path toward emotional wellness and resilience.

Tripp chose the counseling profession because of his passion for helping others and finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing clients overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes. Jarred James Benjamin Coffman, M.S., LPC Candidate, earned his Master of Science degree from Mid-America Christian University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Regent University with a focus on trauma and crisis counseling. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care that helps individuals discover hope, healing, and personal growth.

Jarred works with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. He believes every client is unique and strives to meet people where they are by developing an approach that reflects their individual strengths, needs, and goals. His counseling style is warm, supportive, collaborative, and centered on building meaningful therapeutic relationships.

His therapeutic approach is primarily Person-Centered Therapy informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and he incorporates Neurofeedback when appropriate. Jarred believes that genuine personal connection is one of the most important parts of the healing process and works to create a safe, encouraging environment where clients feel heard, valued, and understood.

Jarred chose the counseling profession because he wanted to be present for people during the moments when they need someone the most. He is passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, overcome life’s challenges, and move toward their personal goals and full potential.

Outside of counseling, Jarred enjoys reading, studying philosophy, and spending time with his wife, Purity. His commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth influences both his professional work and everyday life.

Melody Harris, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma in 2020. Since entering private practice in 2023, Melody has been dedicated to helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and lasting change through compassionate, client-centered care.

Melody works with children ages 7 and older, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has experience treating a wide variety of mental health concerns, with particular focus on trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, and nervous system dysregulation. She believes every client deserves individualized care that recognizes their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Melody utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), somatic interventions, nervous system regulation, and practical coping strategies. Her flexible, personalized approach allows her to tailor treatment to meet each client’s specific needs while fostering lasting growth and healing.
