Are you accepting new clients?

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth may be available for eligible clients throughout Oklahoma.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept BCBS Oklahoma, HealthChoice, UMR, Healthcare Highways, CPN, and self-pay options.

How do I request an appointment?

Click Request Appointment or call our office at (405) 296-3334.

How do I request new client forms?

Click Request New Client Forms and your email app will open with a pre-filled request to our office.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your photo ID, insurance card if applicable, and completed intake paperwork.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

What if I have an emergency?

Call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call/text 988 for crisis support.
