Policies & Procedures

Our policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and efficient experience for every client.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork or updates. Arriving on time helps your provider use the full session to meet your needs.

Cancellation & No-Show

Please notify our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may affect future scheduling.

Payment Policy

Copayments are due at the time of your visit. Deductibles, coinsurance, self-pay fees, and patient balances are due at the time of service unless arrangements have been made.

Crisis & Emergency

Olive Branch Behavioral Health Counseling is not a crisis or emergency facility. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call/text 988.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Information shared during counseling is kept confidential except when disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Telehealth

For telehealth appointments, please use a private, quiet location, have a reliable internet connection, and be available at your scheduled appointment time.

Inclement Weather

In the event of severe weather or circumstances that make travel unsafe, Olive Branch may offer telehealth (Zoom) appointments instead of in-office visits whenever clinically appropriate.

Communication

Email and text messaging are intended for scheduling and general questions only. Do not send urgent or emergency information by email or text.

Insurance & Billing

Insurance benefits are verified as a courtesy. Coverage, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance are ultimately the patient’s responsibility.

Accessibility

If you need accommodations because of a disability, please contact our office before your appointment so we can assist you.

You don’t have to go through it alone. We’re here to help. 🌿
