Angela Phillips

Angela Phillips is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and the founder of Olive Branch Behavioral Health Counseling. With more than a decade of experience in community mental health, she is passionate about helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and lasting change through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Angela works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns. She specializes in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and other complex mental health conditions, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Her advanced clinical training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), neurofeedback, biofeedback, brain mapping (qEEG), and ADHD evaluations. Angela believes in combining innovative therapeutic techniques with genuine compassion to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Angela strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every client feels heard, respected, and empowered. She believes healing is possible for everyone and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they overcome life’s challenges and work toward emotional wellness.
