Olive Branch Behavioral Health Counseling accepts several insurance plans. If you are unsure whether your insurance is accepted, our office is happy to verify your benefits before your first appointment.

Private-pay appointments are available for clients who do not have insurance or choose not to use their insurance benefits.
Before Your First Appointment
To help make your first visit as smooth as possible, please bring the following:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Current insurance card
- Completed new patient paperwork (if applicable)
- Referral or prior authorization, if required by your insurance plan
- A list of current medications (if applicable)
Insurance Verification
As a courtesy, our office will verify your insurance benefits before your first appointment whenever possible. Verification helps estimate your benefits but does not guarantee payment or coverage.
Coverage, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, authorization requirements, and non-covered services remain the responsibility of the patient.
Payment Information
Copayments are due at the time of your visit.
Any deductible, coinsurance, self-pay amount, or outstanding balance is also due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made with our office.
