β Are you accepting new clients?
Yes. Appointment availability varies by provider. Please contact our office or submit a new patient appointment request to learn about current openings.
π» Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Secure telehealth appointments are available for eligible clients throughout Oklahoma.
π‘οΈ What insurance do you accept?
We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK), HealthChoice, UMR, Healthcare Highways, Citizen Potawatomi Nation (CPN), and self-pay options.
π How do I request an appointment?
Simply complete our New Patient Appointment Request form or call our office at (405) 296-3334. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to schedule your appointment.
π How do I request new client forms?
Visit our Forms page or contact our office. We’ll email your intake paperwork so you can complete it before your first appointment.
πͺͺ What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a government-issued photo ID, your current insurance card (if using insurance), any required referral or authorization, and your completed new client paperwork.
β° How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any remaining paperwork and ensure your session begins on time.
π What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify our office as soon as possible. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
π¨ What if I have an emergency?
Olive Branch Behavioral Health Counseling is not a crisis or emergency facility. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call or text 988.
π³ When is payment due?
Copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, self-pay fees, and outstanding balances are due at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements have been made with our office.
